After an already impressive career in media and web development, Kalika started her first business in 1998 only to add three more successful businesses to her repertoire by 2009.
While many of us will know her best by her invention of the Luxe Link, a handy dandy (and so-darn-stylish) hanger designed to keep purses off dirty restaurant floors, we can’t forget to mention that she is founder and owner of Citrus Studios, Inc. an award-winning interactive design and consulting firm with clients like USC, UCLA, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Oh yeah, and how about The Waxing Company, Kalika’s high-end waxing studio in Honolulu that turned a profit within 120 days of launch?
